The Goal

Ceridian is a company that provides human capital management (HCM) software solutions. It offers tools for managing payroll, HR, benefits, workforce management, and talent management. A Tiger team, in the context of Ceridian, refers to a highly skilled and cross-functional group of experts assembled to address specific challenges or opportunities.


User-Centric Design
By applying user-centered design principles, the Tiger team can enhance the overall user experience of Ceridian's software. This involves conducting user research, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and optimizing workflows to meet the needs of different user personas.
Design System implementation
Integrating a design system into Ceridian's existing design and development workflows. This involved implementing the design system's components, patterns, and guidelines across all digital products and platforms, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability in the design and development process.
Iterative Prototyping and Testing
By rapidly prototyping and conducting usability testing, this iterative approach allows for continuous improvement and ensures that the final product meets user expectations and needs.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborating closely with developers, quality assurance, and project managers, I foster cross-functional alignment, effective communication, and knowledge sharing, ensuring that design decisions align with technical feasibility and business goals.

The Journey

This included a series of in-depth product audits, aligning with stakeholders on design goals, leveraging the Design System's components and patterns for a consistent UI/UX, conducting iterative prototyping and user testing, and collaborating closely to ensure successful implementation and delivery of revamped products with improved user experience.

The Results

As a result, we streamlined user journeys, enhanced brand perception, optimized information organization and intuitive navigation, reduced bounce rates, and improved task completion. We created a solid foundation for future growth and scalability.

Going Forward

Ensure consistent and intuitive UI/UX, providing thorough documentation and guidelines, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and continuously evolving the Design System to meet user needs.
